As could be reasonably expected, the responding officer drew down on the boys as he approached them when one of them began to draw a gun from his waistband....The child was lucky that the officer did not fire and possibly kill him.... It tuned out that the gun was a BB gun. In the course of reprimanding the youths the officer referred to them as "boys".... Believe it or not, some civil rights groups are now accusing the officer of "racial prejudice" because, in their opinion, the word "boys" is a racial slur. You are right ... what's next - God Bless the cop for using restraint and handling with care - and they ARE boys!!! It's a different world now. I never go anywhere without a handgun and it is concealed. They are boys. No man has taught them how to be men. What they learn will be from the street, not a parent. Sooner or later probably one of them will be in jail or dead.bjprowler A Columbus, Ohio police officer may have spared the life of two 11 year old black boys who were reported to be carrying guns...
….For God's sake!....What next?
